Visitor, tourist & study visa assessment tool

Know your visa profile before you apply.

Understand your strengths, see the concerns an officer would notice, and get a prioritised plan to build a stronger application, for visitor, tourist and study visa applications to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand or the USA.

How it works

Takes about 6 minutes · No sign-up · Your answers stay in your own browser and are never uploaded. This is an educational assessment, not a government system and not a prediction of any decision.

Sample output 8 categories scored
Home-country ties 76
Financial profile 61
Consistency 44
Concern identified

Trip cost is high relative to reported income, and the balance is under a month old. An officer would ask where the money came from.

Every score opens up to show which of your answers produced it and what would change it.

How it works

Six steps of honest questions, then a transparent read-out. Nothing is guessed, and every number is traceable back to an answer you gave.

01

Pick destination & visa

The questions and the scoring change with the country and the route. A US visitor case is not weighed like a Canadian study permit.

02

Answer honestly

Work, finances, purpose, ties and history. Flattering answers only produce a flattering result, and officers see the real file.

03

See your profile strength

One overall band and eight category scores, each of which opens to show the reasoning behind it.

04

Find the loose ends

Contradictions between your funds, your dates, your leave and your stated purpose, flagged as identified concerns, never asserted as fact.

05

Read it as an officer might

Positives, concerns and the questions your file invites, framed around the published legal test for your route.

06

Get your improvement plan

High, medium and low priority actions: each one a problem, why it matters, how to fix it and the evidence that supports it.

What we analyse

Eight categories, weighted differently for every country and route, because the published legal tests are different. A US visitor application turns heavily on ties, because the law starts from a presumption you intend to stay. An Australian student application turns on whether the course makes sense for you, and since 2024 a later intention to seek residence is expressly not counted against you.

What this is not

It is not a government tool, it has no connection to any immigration system, and it does not simulate one. It does not produce an approval percentage, because no honest methodology supports one. It gives you a preparedness read-out and a list of things to fix.

How an officer may view your profile

Framed around the published test for this route. An inference is an inference. Nothing here is a finding of fact.

Positive factors
  • {{ p.text }}

No clear positives were identified from your answers yet. That usually means key parts of the profile still need to be built rather than presented.

No significant concerns were identified from the answers you gave.

No significant red flags identified

Based only on what you told us. A document review can still surface things a questionnaire cannot see.

Everything above is a risk identified from your answers, not a risk confirmed. Only an officer, on your actual file, decides what matters.

Where your profile disagrees with itself

Officers cross-check the form against the documents. These are the points where the parts of your case pull in different directions.

Nothing contradictory found

Your figures, dates and stated purpose agree with each other. The next check is whether your documents agree with your answers. That needs a human reading the actual paperwork.

The refusals a profile like yours tends to attract

The section below maps your scores onto the grounds a refusal letter can name. This one is different: it is the pattern-level judgement that comes from handling these profiles: which grounds this shape of application tends to attract, and what actually answers each one. It is not a prediction about your case.

{{ lk.answer }}

No refusal pattern stands out in your profile

Your answers do not match the profile shapes that typically attract a ties, funds or purpose refusal. That is a genuinely good position. It means the work left is presentation: making sure the file reads as clearly as it actually is.

Your application improvement plan

This is the part we build for you.

A strong 2–3 page cover letter setting out your profile, a letter of intent that argues the purpose of your visit properly, a ties declaration letter that names every tie against the document proving it, a refusal justification letter that answers a previous ground by ground, and clean declarations of funds, sponsorship and intent to return, written around your actual documents, consistent with every figure in your application. We cannot guarantee a decision. What we can do is make sure nothing in your file has to be guessed at.

Sources this assessment is based on

Official government sources only. Blogs, forums and other consultancies are not used as authority for eligibility or requirements.

Your profile can be stronger. We can help.

This page reads what you told us. What it cannot do is read your actual bank statements, your employer letter, your refusal notes or your host's documents, and that is usually where applications are won or lost.

We cannot guarantee a visa decision, and we never will. Our work is to help you present a clearer, more complete and more credible application.

Document & consistency review

We read your real statements, letters and returns and tell you where they contradict each other or your application.

Application strategy

How your purpose, funding and ties are structured, evidenced and explained, before you submit.

Refusal recovery

Your refusal letter read line by line, and an honest view of what has actually changed since.
