Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 October 2026. This policy explains what information Supervista Visa Consultancy collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
In short
- We use your information only to give you the visa service you asked for. We never sell it.
- Documents you upload are deleted from our website server automatically within 72 hours.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
1. Who we are
Supervista Visa Consultancy, DSS 18, Urban Estate, Sector 8, Karnal, Haryana 132001, India ("we", "us"). We are a private visa consultancy and decide how and why your personal data is used for our services.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiries and consultations: your name, phone number, email, destination, travel purpose and anything you tell us in a form, on WhatsApp, by phone or in person.
- Documents for a Profile Validation Report: the files you choose to upload — for example passport pages, application forms, refusal letters, bank statements, income tax returns, job or business proof and property papers. These can contain sensitive financial and identity information, so we treat them with extra care (see section 5).
- Payment details: when you pay, Razorpay processes the payment. We receive only the payment and order reference, the amount, the payment method type and the name, email and phone you gave — never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical information: our web host records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. We use your IP address, in scrambled form, to block abuse of our upload and payment pages. Answers to our online assessment are kept in your own browser.
3. How we use it
- to answer your enquiry and provide the consultation, review, report or application support you asked for;
- to confirm your payment and keep the accounting records the law requires;
- to contact you about your case by WhatsApp, phone or email;
- to keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
We process your data because you have given your consent (for example when you tick the consent box before uploading) or because it is needed for the service you requested or to meet a legal obligation. You can withdraw your consent at any time — this will not affect work already done, but we may then be unable to continue your service. We do not use your documents for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
4. How your documents are reviewed
Your file is reviewed and your report is written by our consultant. To help cross-check details such as names, dates and amounts across your documents, we may use software tools, including AI tools. These tools are used only to prepare your report, and every finding is checked and confirmed by our consultant. No decision about you is made by software alone.
5. How long we keep it — and automatic deletion
Documents uploaded on our website are deleted from our server automatically within 72 hours of upload. The private download link our office uses also stops working at that time.
- Working copies: when you upload, a copy is sent to our office email so our consultant can prepare your report. These copies are kept only while needed for your case and are then deleted.
- Order and payment records on the website are also deleted within 72 hours. Payment and invoice records needed for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires.
- Your report and enquiry details are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can help with follow-up questions or a fresh application — unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run our service, and only as much as they need:
- Razorpay, to process payments;
- our website hosting and email providers, which store and deliver your messages and files;
- the software and AI tools mentioned in section 4, used only to help prepare your report;
- WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers may store data outside India. We share information with a government or immigration authority only when you instruct us to (for example, submitting your application) or when the law requires it.
7. How we protect it
Uploads are accepted only after your payment is confirmed. Files travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, are stored in a private folder that cannot be opened from the internet, and can be downloaded only by our office through a private link. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will inform you and the authorities as required by law if a breach affects you.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to;
- raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
If an application includes a child under 18, a parent or legal guardian must share the child's information and give consent on their behalf.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
