Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applies to all fees paid to Supervista Visa Consultancy through this website or any online payment link we issue. Last updated 29 August 2026.
In one line: we charge for our professional work, not for a visa outcome. Fees are refundable while the work has not yet been done, and not refundable once it has been delivered. A visa refusal is not a ground for refund, because the decision is made by the immigration authority and not by us.
What you are paying for
Supervista Visa Consultancy sells advisory and documentation services only. Depending on what you buy, your fee covers one or more of the following:
- a paid profile assessment report generated from the answers you provide;
- a scheduled consultation with a consultant;
- document review, checklist preparation and file organisation;
- drafting of cover letters, letters of intent, ties declarations, sponsorship and funds declarations and refusal justification letters;
- application form filling support and interview preparation.
Our fee never includes government or third-party charges — visa fees, biometric fees, VFS or embassy service charges, courier, translation, insurance or travel costs. Those are paid by you directly to the relevant body and are governed by that body's own rules. We cannot refund them under any circumstances.
When a refund is available
- You cancel in writing before any work has started on your file.
- You cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- You were charged twice for the same service, or the amount charged was higher than the amount quoted.
- A payment was completed but the service could not be delivered by us — for example we cannot take your case, or a paid report failed to generate.
If you cancel after work has started but before your file or drafts are delivered, we refund the balance after deducting the work already completed. Where a fee covers several stages, only the undelivered stages are refunded. If a consultation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, or you do not attend, the consultation fee is retained and the remainder of any package is refundable.
- The visa application is refused, delayed, put under administrative processing, or withdrawn.
- The consultation has taken place, or the report, checklist, letters or drafts have been delivered to you.
- Information you gave us was incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, or documents were not provided in time.
- You did not submit the application, missed an appointment or biometric slot, or changed your travel plans.
- Government fees, embassy or VFS charges and other third-party costs.
No guarantee of a visa
We are a private consultancy. We are not an agent of, and are not affiliated with, any embassy, consulate, high commission or immigration authority. No one at Supervista can approve, influence or predict a visa decision, and we never promise one. Our assessment tools are educational and are based on published official criteria — they are not an official eligibility decision. Because of this, an unfavourable outcome on your application is not a service failure and does not create a refund entitlement.
How to request a refund
Write to us within 7 days of the payment using the email or phone number on our contact page, and include:
- the name and phone number used at the time of payment;
- the payment date, amount and the transaction or order reference;
- the service purchased and the reason for the request.
We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and decide it within 7 working days.
How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days of approval and are sent back to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Once initiated, the amount typically reaches your card, bank account or UPI ID within a further 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different account than the one used to pay. Payment gateway charges, where they are not returned to us by the gateway, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cancellation by us
We may decline or discontinue a case — for example where we are asked to submit false or fabricated documents, where the request is unlawful, or where we believe we cannot serve the case honestly. If we do, any fee for work not yet delivered is refunded in full.
Chargebacks
Please raise a concern with us first. Filing a chargeback for a service that has already been delivered will be contested with our records of the work done and the communication between us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment is the one that applies to that payment.
