Consultation
We start with your travel purpose: where you are going, when, who you are travelling with or visiting, and what you do for a living. This is also where you tell us about any previous applications or refusals.
What you bring: your passport, your rough travel plan, and any previous visa paperwork.
Case assessment
We review your profile against the requirements of your destination country and tell you what the authority is likely to focus on — funding, ties at home, travel history and the genuineness of the visit.
You get an honest view, including any weak points and whether waiting would be sensible.
Documentation
We identify the document categories relevant to your case and help you organise them — identity, financial, employment or business, travel, family and travel history. Where translation is expected, we tell you.
Build your checklistApplication preparation
We assist with preparing the application accurately, then review it as a whole: do the answers, the documents and the travel plan tell one consistent story? Inconsistency is one of the most common problems we see.
Fees are paid to the immigration authority or its service provider — never to us on their behalf.
Submission, biometrics or interview
Depending on your destination this may involve an online submission, a visa application centre appointment, biometrics, or an interview. We explain what applies to you, what to carry and what to expect.
Interview preparationDecision
The immigration authority decides. We help you understand the outcome and what may follow — including how a refusal can be addressed in a future application, where that is possible.
Processing times are published by each authority and change regularly, so we do not quote fixed timelines.
